Frequently Asked Questions

  • Delivery will be within 24 - 48 hrs. from the time of the photo shoot. 12 hr. rush delivery can be ordered in advance.

  • Yes, absolutely! If there is something you would like changed, just call or email and we will get back to you on the same business day to make the adjustments.

  • You can order your photos/products online or if you prefer to ask questions and speak to someone you can call and someone will get back to you right away to schedule your appointment. We want to make it as convenient for you as possible.

  • We cover Southwestern Ohio. The greater Cincinnati and surrounding areas. You will find my coverage map when you order your photos. If you do not see your area listed and would like to place an order, please call or email to request a photo shoot. Travel expenses may be assessed.
